Di sad hoax oi. Festival schedules are relased 5 or 6 months before the actual festival. When the MOA was released, released na ang schedule. There was an actual possibility of the cancellation. Apparently, it's either the city found a new source of funds or the MOA was rescinded altogether. I'd rather be someone else's a-hole.
